Angelbert Metoyer /Charlie Koolhaas: “Global Static”
Co-Director Robin Sandler will lead a tour of the exhibition. “Global Static” is a combination of drawings, paintings, photographs, video, and sound. Metoyer and Koolhaas’ work is a mix of figurative drawings and painted abstract images combined with large scale photographs which are largely influenced by Metoyer’s Creole heritage and Koolhaas’ travels to China, Africa, and Dubai. It is a commentary on globalization and cross cultures.
